Mentoring in the Technical Environment

As cycle times and available resources continue to shrink across the semiconductor industry, maximizing a team's effectiveness is becoming ever more critical. A powerful and widely accessible tool in achieving this goal is mentoring. This workshop will provide a basic review of mentoring and its application in the technical environment. Beginning with a basic definition of what mentoring is, topics will include the role of individual team members, where opportunities for mentoring can be found, and the impact successful mentoring can have on the individual, the team, and the company as a whole.

A panel discussion to further investigate these topics will follow the presentation.
